Frontera Emerging Markets Limited ("Frontera", "FrontCo") is a specialist investment house dedicated to Caucasus, Central Asia and Middle East. Established by two seasoned investment banking professionals trained in London. Each of the Partners has more than ten years of direct corporate finance and project finance experience in the emerging markets of Europe and Asia. We are dedicated partners for investors and businesses across Central Asia frontier markets utilising prioprietary network of regional partners, facilitating transactions and superior investment returns.

Alex Gorzelak - Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer / Chief Investment Officer
Aleksander Gorzelak is one of the most dynamic young entrepreneurs in the CEE and an experienced investment banker and venture capital investment manager.
Having been trained in corporate finance in London he began to work on transactions across CEEMEA emerging markets, focusing on Poland and Russia. He also posseses significant experience in developed markets having worked in the UK and Australia, as well as studied in the US.
At Frontera Emerging Markets Limited, Alex is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company and directly leads the investment management line of business. He plans, assembles and presides the investment committee.
Alex holds Warsaw School of Economics M.Sc. in Finance degree. He took MBA-level postgraduate courses at Harvard University, USA and PhD-level courses at Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia.

Greg Polaniecki - Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Grzegorz Polaniecki is one of the leading business executives in CEEMEA.
Greg started his career at LOT Polish Airlines where, inter alia, he managed EuroLOT (the Polish regional airline) and served as a Director and CEO of Centralwings (the group's low cost subsidiary). He then went on to serve as an adviser to the LOT Group management board during the company's most successful period of operations.
After 3 years in investment banking (with Gryphon Emerging Markets Limited), Greg and his partners set up Enter Air, which has grown from start-up in 2009 to become the leading charter aviation operator in CEE, with a fleet of 23 aircraft operating from its base in Warsaw, Katowice, Poznan and Paris (CDG) and other regional locations around Europe in the process creating a profitable business that is redefining the charter aviation model as a robust economic enterprise.
Together with his Partners, Greg successfully floated his aviation business on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Within seven years he built $200mn+ market cap. airline out of $1mn initial investment.
At Frontera Emerging Markets Limited, Greg is responsible for overseeing all the facets of the investment management business. He heads the investment committee.
Greg holds an MSc. from the Technical School in Lublin, Poland.
